Role Description and Objectives
Lima Consulting Group seeks a highly motivated and experienced BDR who is eager to be part of a fast growing international, customer experience consultancy. We seek a high-energy, aggressive resource to prospect and penetrate Enterprise target accounts and create viable high-quality sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Find qualified leads by calling, emailing and developing relationships with customer marketing visionaries and practitioners in order to generate pipeline.
- LCG is a partner-oriented sales organization and sells to and through our partners. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will work with our Partners to prospect and identify opportunities with the targeted list of accounts.
- Utilize our CRM tool to ensure processes are followed and to document opportunity qualification, and opportunity tracking.
- Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues.
- Identify customer pain and translate need into qualified business opportunities.
- Comfortable talking with prospects and customers, building relationships and monetizing them.
- Work within LCG's multi-disciplinary team to achieve company objectives, such as building the sales pipeline, advancing sales leads, and identifying new projects for sales and marketing efforts.
- Assist in building relationships with partners
- Promote LCG's corporate culture internally and externally.
- Other duties as assigned.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 2+ years working in solution sales and selling services
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and digital customer experience
- Ability to communicate LCG solutions to customers both at a business and technical level

- Capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone with customers and technical audience.
- Ability to demonstrate value propositions in complex environments to a wide variety of individuals; technical and/or executive audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication, as wells as time management skills.
- Strong team orientation and ability to build cross- functional relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels within a client organization;
- Detailed understanding of sales cycles and required qualification criteria.
- Innate sense of what is important and what is not in the context of prospecting/sales cycle (ability to prioritize).
- Strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and self-managing.
- Highly ethical; will always do what is right by the organization and customer over personal gain.

Preferred Candidates:
- Success in playing a leading role within an account team framework (i.e. working effectively with Lead Client Service Partners, Service Line/Industry leaders, practitioners and other business development professionals)
- Familiarity with tools we use internally: Office365, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- Highly polished interpersonal and communication skills
- Native English
- High degree of initiative, with the ability to evaluate situations and make recommendations
- Comfortable in a multi-tasking, demanding, fast paced atmosphere
- A background in crafting and delivering proposals
